Background
Khizr built Outratio on a conviction that most businesses are flying blind financially — not because they lack data, but because they lack the right intelligence layer to act on it. He has spent his career at the intersection of finance and technology, seeing first-hand where traditional finance functions break down and how to rebuild them better.
His background spans Big Four assurance at PwC (A.F. Ferguson), finance leadership at an international impact investment firm, and hands-on ERP and financial-systems implementation. Across these roles he built financial models for capital raises, led FP&A for multi-entity operations, designed KPI architectures for executive reporting and delivered board-level financial insight across multiple jurisdictions.
A graduate of IBA Karachi and LUMS, Khizr is an ACCA finalist and holds Financial Modelling & Valuation (FMVA) and Business Intelligence & Data Analysis (BIDA) certifications from the Corporate Finance Institute — a deliberate combination of accounting rigour and modern, data-driven finance.
He founded Outratio to make CFO-grade intelligence accessible to every business, blending qualified human expertise with technology to deliver clarity, foresight and strategic advantage from day one.
